If I did not ask a question to which you would like an attempt to have an answer to , please feel free to call William Swalm @ 212 - 584 - 4342. He is very nice, and helpful and really try's to answer all questions and concerns with as much integrity and honestly can within his confines of what is proper and legal.
As to the guard....yes, I did mention that and it was like I could see him shaking his head over the phone..........those little half laugh, uuhh -huh sounds, at which point he pretty much dismissed it.
My gut told me the guard would most likely receive a 'conversation'.
