OPPS.....One last thing. He did say he did not know if Bill C. would be at the meeting tonight as he has been spending a lot of time overseas. But, it didn't really matter because there is nothing that can interfere with the outcome of the Board. If people have issues with the smell, or other issues they will be addressed as they come up, but, they will not have an influence on the progress at the site.
