Once those shares come off restriction, the holders still need an opinion letter from JBI and JBI has been sued before for dragging its feet on that letter. I don't know into whose hands writing that letter falls into now, but I'm guessing Mr. Bordynuik still has a say in who gets an opinion letter and when.
The stock does seem ripe for a pump, though. The wool on the sheep has grown for almost a year and another fleecing would probably yield some good cash. Not my cup of tea so I'm not going to present Mr. Bordynuik with my cash but I can see a good possibility of more promotion. It's been over five years and shareholders, at least the ones who post and support JBI, haven't shown much of an indication of catching on to the tricks played on them so far. In fact they seem hungry for more stories.
I'm guessing Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle can get shareholders to open their wallets again...all they need to do is ask.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
