I've been "calling" this for months.1st offer had better be your best.Pfizer could "Buy first and ask questions later" if the trials are that promising early on and certain results are being met and who knows what they might have already "pre arranged" with CTIX in terms of "first chance" before others start bidding.If that were the case,Pfizer would have to offer top dollar right at the start or risk losing out.
