Note the BB’s and how they are getting tight again.   This has had some major runs in the history of the stock.   Just earlier this year it spiked to .09.   What people are focusing on is the pipeline and the possible sale of.   Look deeper and you will realize that there is a bigger picture.   Environmental impact study is done, easement and deeds are in place for the right of way, permits were issued when it was built and the pipeline is in place so nothing is required law.   Under the current administration and the heavy hand of the EPA it is becoming nearly impossible to get permits to build anything to do with fossil fuel.   This could be a gold mine waiting to explode and the chart is sweet.
