So funny... and even old Blizzard in Europe weighs in on permits issued to non-running processors carrying little risk!!!!
Might be just manifestation of REGRETS for SELLING JBII and betting on Cassandra.

ROTFL... NY DEC, one of the toughest agencies in the USA takes little risk approving permit renewals for inoperative equipment????

APPROVAL WITHOUT TESTS of the stack SEEM EXTREMELY RISKY for NY DEC to me!
ANY ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER following permit renewals without testing (in the LOVE CANAL State in the LOVE CANAL region) would PROBABLY RESULT IN MASS FIRINGS and JAIL SENTENCES for negligent agency employees!
THAT APPEARS to be GREAT RISK IMVHO!!!!
