Thanks so much for your informative reply. I have only traded for three years, never in penny stocks (excluding JCP). Neither scottrade or vanguard would allow me to trade phot, so I opened an account at schawb after specifically asking if I could trade this stock. Seriously, I have followed them and think they are dishonest crooks, but I still want to play with it. I would not have opened the schawb account had I know a broker assist is required for PHOT.
