Nothing wrong with standing by your position, but have you considered where our PPS would be if he had not taken the job??  Rauber did not get to where he is today without having a good work ethic and determination.  If he is a good leader and CEO, those qualities will continue to be evident in the Morale, tenacity and quality of work of the employees. Not to mention shippin' an a sellin' fuel.
