Dilution sucks for the existing shareholders for sure. Having said that , I would rather have the O/S increase than have toxic financing. It costs money to run a business it has to come from somewhere. If the Product sells well in Costco plus add'l states and the international shipments commence then the larger O/S will be great and add liquidity to the stock.

On International Sales...they missed the boat on the world cup (dissapointing for sure) as they decided to hit the US first but let's not forget where the summer olympics are in. Rio Brazil!!!
