The only one that is looking stupid here is the CEO - states one thing and then NEVER delivers. Sort of makes you wonder if he really has anything to deliver. I'm starting to wonder if SL might be right after all. B2B, CEO makes a statement - they should hold themselves accountable and make the statement fact.
