My suspicions are that they were not stealing the company from the shareholders. They were stealing it from JB so they could run it the way they wanted to without him being able to control things with his shares.

But I have seen no proof that.

And I have seen no proof, other than message board rantings, that there was an actual conspiracy to take over the company by Rauber, Bogolin and the whales.
