This is JMO.....But I think Bill shut down the PR because there is huge news coming. People were getting creative with their questioning and causing the PR guy to be put in a tough situation. Between that and then allegedly some guard yapping about HC. Bill may have said screw this! All lips are sealed because we are really close and one misstep can take the wind out of the BIG PR that is going to happen.
