That court case is a joke. NO money changed hands, did it? The judge was probably just trying the end it. Maybe he/ she doe snot particularly like the Internet. Maybe he/ she thinks it is a waste of time. They may be right.
To me, the best clue as to whether or not a P&D occurred is in the financial statements.
Where has the SG&A money gone? It is supposed to be for Salespeople and clerical staff. Nothing related to production.
JBI has spent 2.5 Million/ quarter for 5 years. If you read the financial statements there is scant mention or explanation. There is mention of "Consultants" or people friendly to the company.
There is your answer. That is a lot of money over 5 years. It is staggering. And I believe the F/S says that these people were paid in shares. Shares that were sold on the open market???
Over 5 years... that is 10 Million/year = 50 Million. Add in the Asset Value (plus Depreciation) and you have the total burn over there at JBI to-date (60 Million).
That is one big bonfire.
