2008 up until last spring was a tough time for real estate especially in CA. those who mdd it through that time period are stronger for it.

Today was an interesting trading day. If you feel like this isn't the right one for you then you should move on. I completely understand where you are coming from. i am willing to take the chance and let this one ride a while.
