Where does this 800ton number come from - those are numbers you've found on some internet site as it's not from PTOI.
In any event, you continuously and completely overlook the fact that PTOI is no longer in the business of processing purchased plastic - they'll be selling machines to companies who own the plastic and pay to get rid of it.
