important ir note. in the future, ntek has asked that any pricing, spelling, future product issue (staples, ingram micro, et. al. for ex) be communicated to ntek directly.

this way ntek can assess, troubleshoot cause, and stay on top the issue to prevent reaccurances elsewhere in the distribution chain.


i should add. if anyone takes the initiative to contact ntek pls report it to the board if able. this way, we don't inundate ntek with unnecessary repetitive time-wasting communications.
