Will Spain come after it? I'm sure they will after the ID is confirmed. Will they get it? No, they will not. This wreck is not military and is within 3 miles of the coast of U.S. so they don't have a case.

Looks to be one of the 4 lost and never recovered 1715 fleet wrecks. Six of these wrecks, currently owned by Brisben and driven into the shore 299 years ago, are still producing treasure today.
