It does not appear to be the case on if a company is on the American or Canadian exchange on if they get a license. I don't think that matters because in the rules, a company only has to have a valid office in Canada.
Hundreds ??? Naaaa, maybe 20 -30 MIGHT get through. You have to remember as well that even the EXISTING mmj companies under the old license will have to comply with the new regs.
That was one of the things Bill said was that many of them will not be able to comply with the new standards. They are just not set up for the restrictive guidelines. So, end of day....there still will not be that many and they will all be good , if , they can survive. JMO GLTA
