I think the 211 is probably in the process right now since Jeff  illuded to that fact

awhile back ,saying ,legal was in discussions so that to me means FINRA are probably

in a back and fort with them ,which is not the same as, mick the pike scenario.

I don't think Jeff wants to get between his lawyers and FINRA to deal directly with any questions

they have ,even though progress may be slower his way, imo.

that's why he has a top class law firm.  Patience is the key, if you can wait.GLTY
