Margrit would just write herself a new agreement after it expires. Like before. My opinion Margrit is sketchy with all the company fees and expenses on the last filing. $350K accurred admin fees then another $141K accrued management fee on the filing. Then a salary on top of that. She did give herself a severance package etc when she resigned. She did do a 250:1 reverse split in the past. She has clearly diluted and did toxic financing with Bodie and Asher in the past,

She is not perfect. But, I'm sticking with her since she said October will ship. It doesn't make sense for her to walk away now when she can get half the money for international up front. Or a bunch of Costco profits and she still has available shares she can dilute if was a scam.

Unless she can't ship. Its a big gamble for us for sure . But she said the commercials are ready. That will be the next test.
