Get OCTI on watch.  Green company.  All greens will do well in this administrations last term.  OCTI is tied to Ygrene.  That is also tied to PACE program and Richard Brandson.  .04/.05 to .10 short to mid indicated by charts.  Working on small volume and creeping up.
