All I'm doing is tracking what's promised in prior PR's and seeing if the task has been completed, delayed, or no further news.

As far as I can tell, Matt had several delays on big projects (audit, S-1, TA acquisition) earlier in 2012, most of which are now close to being executed.

The next few trading weeks should see a lot of the paperwork execution phase completed. Personally I'm looking forward to seeing the books fully audited because it opens doors to a lot of further progress (that was details announced on the conference calls in October 2011 and March 2012).
