Yes there is always speculation when you are waiting on a Government agency.. You are playing on their timetables.

Here is what the way I understood it from him.

Most of the time sink is the preparing of documents (see the laundry list he posted). Once the FORM 211 is submitted with the help of the MM, it normally takes about 4-5 weeks for FINRA to review the documents and render a verdict. From what I have seen posted I would guess we are somewhere getting close to submitting that 211. I don't believe we have submitted it yet, at the very least that is what FINRA is telling the public. This 100% my guess, but I would say we are somewhere between 1 -2 month before returning to the pinks.

From other posts I have seen on IHUB and Here, sounds like JR is focused right now creating blowout numbers to jump start this thing once we return to the pinks. Which is part of the reason for the silence. With him being focused on that instead of the 211 makes me think we are close to submitting.
