Looks like the IGMR merger that GDSM last pumped has now vanished as IGMR is peddling their worthless claims to the highest bidder with 2 other companies interested. With no cash or financials, GDSM is out in the cold.

Could be really ugly today as shareholders realize that GDSM has absolutely nothing since they defaulted on the JV by failing to make the $100K payment that was due Oct. 20th.

GDSM is nothing but an empty shell with no assets and no business plan.
