Personally looking forward to this week to see if there is ANY RESPONSE from NY DEC regarding the allegations that the agency is remiss in doing its job!

An email regarding allegations MADE IMPLYING that PTOI received its latest permit renewals because permits are for sale to anyone...

and that the NY DEC is negligent in enforcing NY Stare environmental regulations has been sent to NY DEC.
