Maybe, if everyone would just win their NCAA tourney bracket group and put that money into BCAP, we would see a nice bump in accumulation in early April!  Just a thought.

Low Volume today at 3.1mm, hopefully things pick up soon.  Bid 31mm x Ask 75mm.  The ask has definitely shrunk a bit from the close yesterday.
