The SHILL is relegated to decoder rings,
emitted toxins,
and ignoring the reality that NY DEC would not issue permits for 5-10 years for non-operating processors -or- those that belched out toxins when running!
FOR the record... the P2O processors that NY DEC has tested OVER 3+ years have never produced TOXINS...
NY DEC has certified that the P2O Processor is cleaner than a home heating system!
