So at this point you clear up the APi issue....release the Naltrexone....have Lodrane return next year and soon Elite will be more than cash flow positive....take Novel's 10% and clear up the 3.3 million debt issue and put the rest into the Abuse Resistant Opioid products.....You use as little of that Socius deal as you need.....further dilution is not needed. Put out one ER opioid ANDA product and we are good to go! Let's move all of this within the upcoming year!
