The pencil dicks will be denying the audit has started once its complete, and same with $BCAP's S-1 registration. I don't have time to waste on their nonsense.
We will see somewhere between $75-150k revenue from the sale of all 750M RIGH shares. I believe that falls under the 2Q2012 if I have the timing of the PR's sequenced correctly.
Today's consulting agreement will be reported on the full-year report. If I understood the prior PR's that will be a 10-K with $BCAP as a voluntary filer.
IMO $BCAP is going to end 2012 in a much, much better state than it started it.
