I don't wish to start a public argument, or to continue to beat a dead horse, I just thought it needed to be said, so I said it, I got a reply, and now we go from here with whatever decision each of us would choose to make.

The CEO has the right to do as he deems best, and it is not my prerogative to impose my will or my desire upon that right. As a wise investor however, it is incumbent upon me to evaluate these choices and to determine whether or not they "fit into" my investment philosophy. (In this case, in my own personal arena, the jury is still deliberating. I would have the discussion via PMs, however will not discuss it publicly.)

I complained about it last night and this am, I was afforded the opportunity to ask directly, I did ask directly, I was replied to directly. It is all that I asked for.
