Now that I'm passed the initial shock of the filing three things come to mind.
1) A huge financier institutional or otherwise dwarfing LPC deal.
2) Spinoff/ partnership
3)Major Acquisition / merger of a NASDAQ listed company
I would love to see anyone of the 3 cant wait to hear what GC has in mind on Monday
