By now the iHub bashers have absolutely no influence on the share price. You see that by comparing the share sales to negative post ratio. It may be good to have that continue for a long time into the future.

I believe $BCAP's share price will continue to appreciate sustainably over time. Based on today's news there are probably 3-4 PR's I can immediately see between now and year-end. I would consider continuing to acquire shares below $0.0012. The stock is fundamentally undervalued just based on what's known.

With respect to filings: After the 3Q2012 which is due 11/20/2012, the 4Q2012 should be a 10-K with $BCAP as a voluntary SEC filer. That's due 03/31/2013.
