You still have not told us what violation you are referring to. So, to answer your question, I cannot answer it unless I have that info from you, and then I would need to look into it. Or, if I were to answer it incorrectly, I would fall into a SEC violation, and that would not be fun at all!

Manipulation
Manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security. Those who engage in manipulation are subject to various civil and criminal sanctions.
So your agreeing with me that it's a violation?
We know...now you know a few SEC laws.
GLTA
LOL.. Um no. You made the statement
"Well now, if you knew SEC laws and rules, you would know that the total amount could be over 10mil, however, the Shareholders of Record is only 230, and that is under the 2000 that the SEC has the Rule on"
I was just pointing out that NWGCs supposed assets exceed the 10 million dollar limit..
Let's stick to the facts please
But YOU made the Statement here on this public Board, Sir. What law?
Here is more info, from the SEC, you just might want to read:
http://www.sec.gov/answers/tmanipul.htm
Maybe someone other than me can figure that one out
I am asking what law.
Of The law
Of what?
Right! And that's why I said bobs in clear violation
The SEC wrote that, not me! That was from their website. Lots of info there....you should read it! Just saying....
Have you ever read Sec. 18 of the SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934? If not, you may look it up here.

Sister company 3/25/14 publish date annual disclosure....check roy meadows share conversions...these guys have helped dilute sis from a buck to subs over the years. .has sec ever done a "two fer" brother/sister halt at same time? If not, penny history could happen. Treasure trove of goodies in these financials.
Sorry, I was just going off what you wrote
Smaller companies - those with less than $10 million in assets, OR fewer than 2,000 shareholders of record - generally do not have to file reports with the SEC.
Or is the key here. And I highly doubt this company only has 200 investors or whatever
SEC is gonna lock him behind bars
You should read the laws/rules before you write about it! Helps to know what you are writing. I Posted them before for all to see!

WRONG!!! Well now, if you knew SEC laws and rules, you would know that the total amount could be over 10mil, however, the Shareholders of Record is only 230, and that is under the 2000 that the SEC has the Rule on.
Please correct me if I am wrong!
Looks like the law isn't about to be bobs best friend..
Uh ohhh. Total assets $11,692,842
