Did bob finish grade school? Between the horrible grammar and sentence structure bob isn't fit to be the CEO of a hot dog cart.
Duncan bain? We've established he's a fraud and was busted for scamming in the OTC. The rest is fairytale make believe $NWGC

Smaller companies - those with less than $10 million in assets, OR fewer than 2,000 shareholders of record - generally do not have to file reports with the SEC.
Or is the key here. And I highly doubt this company only has 200 investors or whatever
