Concerning being "profitable," the new Diagnostic Company would become profitable by the second half of 2015, I would think. But the Therapeutic Company won't be profitable with MANF for several years! If what you say is correct, I hope the company they are coming from is the Therapeutic one.
I have about a third of my shares in a ROTH IRA, but for the other portion I'd love favorable tax-treatment. Dividends get a favorable tax treatment, though not tax-free usually.
It's possible the spin off will happen sooner than any of us thought. Up listing, Reverse split, and spin off may be all a part of this new guy Huffman's bailiwick?
