I say it's time MSJ stop worrying about BGL..they need to man-up and just announce the "details of the transaction" already..I mean what the hell are they afraid of? BGL has no money to pay attorneys to fight this anymore..whereas MSJ has tons of money and could sue the hell out of BGL if they filed another frivolous lawsuit..MSJ won in the courts fair and square..time to give shareholders a nice divy plus share exchange but have your attorneys ready to destroy BGL in case they get stupid..
