This is the same thing I've been thinking lately. Baltia's problem isn't that they aren't certified yet, it's that NOBODY knows about them. Certification is obviously important, but let's face it - what happens right when they get certified? Everybody will get over it and start asking about first flight....then waiting for the first financial report containing revenue and/or profit....then second plane, and so on. It'll essentially never end. BUT, as long as the number of people aware of Baltia grows exponentially quickly over the next few months, the share price should rocket.
