I def have doubts as well, to say a penny stock is gonna be successful long term with NO doubt is pretty naïve and foolish

Other than an acquisition requirement or diagnostic/therapeutic spin off which is just ONE possibility there is no other reason I could see myself giving a yes vote for an authorized share increase
