agree with you Joe, but for the increased O/S, I think the long term investors also have the right to get some kind of compensation( like for every 10 shares the shareholders can get 2 or 3 shares extra) as benefit, otherwise how could the ICPA hold the long term sharehoulders, if the long term shareholders can't get compensation then who would like to stay with the company long?
