Stake-holders are not concerned with what you perceive to be the relevant issues, Either JR produces the costly and relevant documents required, or this stock dies on the vine. You have no clue as to his current state of submittal, or his intentions. Copy/pasting SEC web pages is pointless, These forms are all submitted as a package with FINRA anyway, you would know this if you had ever been involved in an uplist.
