Depends f what your plan is plus you don't know when you will be able to commercialize novel. If they commercialize Novel, then probably no Socius deal, If that takes longer then they can draw a couple million from Socius if they have to.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see them take the Novel money and pay off the 3.3m debt
