Mornin' BUMPERCARS... just got off the phone with a broker at the TDA trading desk who said the stock I'm looking to get into has a DTC chill and can be sold but not bought until the chill is removed and then TDA would determine whether I can buy and how... hmmm

May need to open an account with another broker as Toymaker1 suggests but maybe I'll just have put more funds only into KMAG... will see.
