No. They are fake. I've been documenting the fake after hours trades on TECO since last year and extensively in January. It's a tactic used to trick investors into thinking there is a lower print. They keep "trading" after hours instead of regular trading hours because they could not execute this trick during normal hours of operation.
Here's some links to that other website where I called this out repeatedly. Seen in the context of other tape manipulation tactics which include opening with a wide bid ask, then walking the ask down to under cut morning buyers, timing their bear raids so that they bid whack during light volume lunch hours and then again towards the end of the day, and specifically whacking the bid for 1,000 shares or less in the last 30 seconds of the trading day, the evidence of MM cheating is abundant.
