jacmar, I assume you're referring to the preliminary proxy filing today. It wasn't sent out via the company mailing list. I got notification because I have an RSS feed set up from the SEC website.

I have RSS feeds set up for company news, SEC filings, and CEO blogs. As soon as something new shows up, I get immediate notification. Not that I need it, but it's nice to have all new info coming through a single source.
