I agree with you and I have also been lit up for being critical. I'll be critical when I'm upset with actions and I will be positive when it is deserved. I do think that if I address my criticism looking for answers, most on this board have been helpful, rather than crappy. Those without an ego on their sleeve seem to be the most pragmatic.
