PSRU-are you familiar with the intention??
It was reported to be the "processing" entity.
From the .0001 trades--it appeared to be dilution.
But as reported by Joel -it was not.
I believe that is the truth-he has been honest so far.
In addition-it is believable due to the "old company" financing.
