I'm expecting a soft or maybe even a hard sell on Monday from Gerald. What I mean is that he will have to show his hand to some degree and explain to the share holders where AMBS is coming from in order to get the votes required to pass it. And that's not neccesarrly true. If you're a vote holder and you don't vote then your broker can vote for you on your behalf. Most the time the brokers will go the same direction that the company requests, so... If AMBS can an idea before the vote is initiated how close or how many people might actually vote and their controlling interest, then that could effect just how much information AMBS feels they need to release before the vote.
