In my mind it means they will probably honor a 1:1 or 2:1 or even more at first, shares for each AMBS share your own for new shares in the spin off diagnostic company. It's also probably a requirement from whomever is going to back AMBS in a JV for Lympro or even Lympro and Nuropro etc. Have to wait and see how they structured the final deal.

It's sheepeople like you that get the market all out of wack and make the share price tank even when good news comes out, much like in the case of at the UN.
