Up listing an OTC is a chess game. Fortunately AMBS board of directors and board of advisors are chess masters. I'm not sure what the exact rational is for this suggestion, but I'm sure there will be a well substantiated rational or the shareholders will not approve such an arrangement. There has been the discussion regarding breaking the company into two units, one for diagnostics and the other for therapeutics, maybe this is preparation to move in that direction. I have great confidence in the Amerantus Board. Show us the plan and why this is needed. Confidently waiting!
