The key is for a PR to state its "authorized shares" and not "outstanding shares", smells like a set up for a JV to me and not dillution. We have plenty of capital as is for the rest of the year. What comes to my mind then is that a possible JV is in the works that might involve the actual split of the company. One would think that for sure a PR has to be headed this way very soon to explain this. Thoughts?
